1. Using Reelic
These terms govern your use of Reelic, its website, and related account services provided by Reelic’s developer. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Contact the developer at app.dev.ua@gmail.com with questions.
Reelic is intended for people aged 13 and over. You must be eligible to use the service and your Google account under the laws and account rules that apply to you. If permission from a parent or guardian is required, obtain it before using Reelic or making a purchase.
2. The camera experience
Reelic provides a film-inspired camera with a fixed film choice for each roll, up to 36 captured frames, and photo development on your device. Captured photos remain hidden until the roll is finished and developed. You may finish a roll before using every frame.
Supported camera controls and image quality depend on your device. Film rendering is an artistic interpretation and does not guarantee a particular result. Illustrative website photos are AI-created examples processed with Reelic’s film engine.
Some features require Google sign-in, internet connectivity, and valid camera access. Authorized offline use depends on the access previously obtained for the device. Technical faults, storage limits, or device changes may affect availability.
3. Your account and access
You are responsible for securing your Google account and device and for activity through your Reelic account. Do not impersonate others, misuse the service, bypass access checks, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.
Reelic offers an initial seven-day trial of access to loading new rolls. This trial does not require a payment method and does not automatically become a paid subscription. After the trial, an active subscription is needed to load new rolls with any of the nine films. You can finish shooting an already loaded roll, develop it, view, export, and delete existing photos without an active subscription.
Monthly and annual subscriptions are sold through Google Play. The price, billing period, applicable taxes, and any offer conditions are shown before you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. The amount and currency available to you are those shown by Google Play at checkout.
Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless the purchase is revoked or refunded. Deleting your Reelic account, uninstalling the app, or stopping use does not cancel the subscription. Refund requests follow Google Play’s rules and applicable mandatory consumer rights.
Google sign-in and initial access checks, purchases, and purchase verification require an internet connection. Offline loading uses a previously confirmed, time-limited access authorization on the device; it does not guarantee indefinite offline access. Keep the app online periodically to update your subscription status.
4. Your photos and local storage
You retain your rights to the photos you take. You are responsible for having any permissions required to photograph people, property, or protected material. Reelic does not claim ownership of your photographs.
Your photos are stored locally. Export and back up any photos you want to keep. Uninstalling Reelic, clearing its app data, deleting a roll or your account in the app, losing your phone, or a device or storage failure can permanently remove unexported images. Reelic does not provide cloud photo backup or recovery. Exported gallery copies remain under your control and that of any services you choose to use.
5. Privacy and deletion
Our privacy policy explains the information processed by Reelic and its providers. Delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete account, or request deletion without the app through our account-deletion page. The app asks you to confirm your identity and starts automatic cleanup. Verified requests are completed in active account systems within 30 days, subject to limited and disclosed legal or security retention needs.
Export photos before in-app account deletion: it permanently removes that account’s private photos and rolls on the current phone, including unfinished rolls. It does not delete your Google account, erase other devices, or remove exported gallery copies. Signing out is not deletion. Cancel any Google Play subscription separately before deleting your account if you want to stop renewal.
6. Reelic software and materials
The Reelic software, name, interface, and original website materials belong to the developer or their licensors. We grant you a limited right to use the app for its intended purpose, subject to these terms and applicable law. Do not redistribute or exploit these materials without permission, except where the law permits it. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
7. Updates, availability, and ending use
We may change the app, release updates, or discontinue features. We may limit access where necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes or discontinuation. Export your photos before removing the app.
You may stop using Reelic at any time. To remove your server account, follow the deletion instructions.
8. Responsibility and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, free from errors, or suitable for every device or purpose. You are responsible for keeping copies of photos important to you.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful, or removes mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the law that governs your use of the service.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Questions, complaints, or support requests can be sent to app.dev.ua@gmail.com.
