1. Request deletion
In the app: open Settings → Account → Delete account. Export photos you want to keep, review the warning, and confirm your identity with Google. This deletes the account and its private photos on the current phone.
Before deleting: cancel any active subscription separately in Google Play if you want to stop renewal. Deleting the account or app does not cancel payments.
You can request deletion of your Reelic account and associated server data without reinstalling or opening the app. Email us from the address you used for Google sign-in, with the subject “Delete my Reelic account.”
Email a deletion request app.dev.ua@gmail.comThis button opens your email app with a draft. The request is submitted only when you send the email. If no email app opens, send the request manually to the address above.
Include the email address used for your Reelic account. Do not send your password, photo library, or identity documents. We may ask you to confirm account ownership before acting on the request.
2. What is deleted
A verified deletion request deletes your Reelic authentication account and its associated account and access records, installation records, server roll metadata, grants, synchronization records, and purchase verification records and account bindings held by Reelic. Your account is deleted, rather than merely disabled or signed out.
Reelic does not upload photo files, so there is no server photo library to delete. Your Google account and Google Play’s independently held transaction records are unaffected. Account deletion does not cancel your Google Play subscription or request a refund.
3. Photos on your phone
Export photos you want to keep first. In-app account deletion permanently removes all of that account’s private photos and local roll records on the current phone, including originals, developed images, thumbnails, temporary files, and unfinished rolls. Gallery copies and other Reelic accounts’ photos on the same phone remain.
An email request does not remotely erase phone files. To remove remaining private files on this or another device, clear Reelic’s app storage in Android settings or uninstall the app; this removes all Reelic accounts’ local data on that device. Exported gallery copies and backups in other services must be deleted separately.
4. Timing and limited retention
In-app requests start automatic server cleanup after identity confirmation. An accepted request may still be processing; the app keeps recovery information and retries interrupted cleanup. If it shows a retry action, follow it to finish. For email requests we verify ownership, complete deletion from active account systems within 30 days, and confirm completion by email. We will tell you if further verification is needed.
A deletion-recovery confirmation without account ID, email, or purchase data may remain if the final cleanup message is lost. Provider operational logs and Google Play transaction records have separate retention rules. If identifiable records must be retained for a legal obligation or a documented security or fraud-prevention reason, we explain the categories, reason, and period. See the retention section of our privacy policy.
5. Need help?
